Climbing Mount Mulanje has been one of our most popular events and we are so excited that we get to do it again for 2024. The exhilarating four day trek to climb the highest peak in Malawi, will take our trekkers through challenging terrain but will reward them with some breath-taking views along the way. Often shrouded in a picturesque mist, Mulanje is aptly named the "Island of Sky" and is achievable for those looking to discover a real hidden gem of great African walks. For the four day trek, our intrepid team will sleep in mountain huts during the hike and local guides will carry the communal equipment and necessities. This trek is not without it's steep inclines. Our team will need strength and stamina to persevere and reach the top. And it's all for an amazing cause! Every penny raised by our Malawi trekkers will transform the lives of women facing poverty and their families. Once they've reached the top (and climbed all the way back down again), the trek team will meet the inspiring women MicroLoan support in Malawi.
